Job summary

Everstory Partners is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator for our onsite Support Center in Altamonte Springs, FL. You will manage the full recruitment and onboarding lifecycle, primarily using Paylocity, and serve as the main touchpoint for candidates and hiring managers.

The role demands strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to build productive relationships across the organization.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator or 1+ year in a high-volume hiring role.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS; Paylocity experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with candidates and hiring managers.
• Must possess a valid Driver's License.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the Paylocity ATS and recruitment data.
• Serve as primary onboarding contact for candidates and managers.
• Own onboarding documentation and task management, tracking in Paylocity.
• Coordinate New Hire Orientation events and attendance.
• Administer I-9 verifications and maintain audit-ready records.
• Ensure Day 1 readiness with equipment and access needs.
• Provide ongoing support to new hires during onboarding.
• Monitor background check progress and adjudication.
• Prepare onboarding and orientation reports for process improvements.
• Collaborate with TA, HR, and other teams to update SOPs.
