Qualifications

• High school diploma required
• 3+ years in a fast-paced in-person setting
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with Lever or other ATS systems
• Ability to be the primary point of contact and greet candidates on-site

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class candidate experience at every stage of Talent Acquisition
• Schedule video and on-site interviews and arrange travel as needed
• Greet and host interviewees as the main point of contact for the day
• Support sourcing to expand the recruitment funnel using standard tools and creative sources
• Coordinate intake and debriefs with hiring managers, interview teams, and recruiters
• Maintain the Lever ATS with data entry and reporting for an active pipeline
• Meet and greet candidates at the Milpitas office
