Job summary

Commonwealth Fusion Systems LLC in Milpitas, CA is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support the hiring process through scheduling interviews, posting jobs, and managing candidates in the ATS. You will be the face of the office, greeting candidates and coordinating onsite visits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced in-person setting.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Experience using Lever or other Applicant Tracking Systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class candidate experience at every stage of the Talent Acquisition process.
• Schedule video and on-site interviews and arrange any required travel.
• Greet and host interviewees as the main point of contact for the day.
• Support sourcing efforts to expand the top of the recruiting funnel.
• Schedule intake and debrief discussions with hiring managers and recruiters.
• Maintain the Lever ATS with data entry and reporting.
• Meet and greet candidates at the Milpitas, CA office.
