Job summary

Commonwealth Fusion Systems in Milpitas, CA is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support the hiring process through recruitment tasks including scheduling interviews, posting jobs to external boards, helping manage candidates in the applicant tracking system (ATS), and meeting and greeting candidates at our office in Milpitas, CA.

This coordinator will join a team of 14 members including recruiters and coordinators.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma and 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced in-person setting.
• Be the primary contact for candidates and manage scheduling, travel, and interviews.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class candidate experience at every stage of Talent Acquisition process.
• Schedule Video and On-Site interviews and arrange candidate travel as needed.
• Greet and host interviewees as the main day-of contact.
• Support sourcing efforts to open up the top end of the recruiting funnel.
• Schedule and facilitate intake and debrief discussions with hiring managers and recruiters.
• Maintain Lever Applicant Tracking System with data entry and reporting.
• Meet and greet candidates at the Milpitas office.
