Commonwealth Fusion Systems is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to deliver a world-class candidate experience and manage interview logistics in Milpitas, CA. You will host candidates, coordinate travel, and support sourcing while maintaining the Lever ATS with a high-velocity pipeline.

The role emphasizes strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment focused on fusion energy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced in-person setting.
• Strong ability to multitask and prioritize competing priorities.
• Excellent organization and communication skills.
• Experience using Lever or other Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Capable of clearly conveying Commonwealth Fusion Systems' story to candidates during the process.

Responsibilities

• Provide a world-class candidate experience at every stage of the TA process.
• Schedule Video and On-Site interviews, including travel arrangements.
• Greet and host interviewees as primary point of contact for the day.
• Support sourcing to expand the recruiting funnel with standard tools and creative sources.
• Schedule and facilitate intake and debriefs with hiring managers and recruiters.
• Maintain the Lever ATS with data entry and pipeline management.
• Meet candidates at the Milpitas, CA office.

Join the power movement as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator

What you'll do:

• Consistently provide a world-class candidate experience for all applicants at every stage in the Talent Acquisition process
• Schedule Video and On-Site interviews for candidates including the arrangement of any necessary travel
• Greet and host the interviewees as their primary point of contact for the day; sometimes juggling several on-sites daily
• Support the organization’s sourcing efforts opening up the top end of the recruiting funnel using the usual tools in addition to creative sources
• Schedule and facilitate intake and debrief discussions with hiring managers, interview teams and recruiters
• Help maintain the Lever Applicant Tracking System with data entry, reporting and managing a very active pipeline of talent
• Meet and greet candidates at our office in Milpitas, CA

What we’re looking for:

• High school diploma
• 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced in-person setting
• A natural ability to multi-task and easily prioritize competing priorities
• Sound judgment and situational awareness while being the first CFS point of contact
• Excellent organization skills and demonstrated proficiency using various communication tools
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Experience using Lever or other Applicant Tracking Systems
• The ability to accurately and consistently tell the CFS story as it continually evolves while properly setting expectations at all times during the process
• Highly responsive customer service attitude, internally and externally
• Dedication to safety to mitigate industrial hazards that may include heat, cold, noise, fumes, strong magnets, lead (Pb), high voltage, and cryogenics

Must-have Requirements:

• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
• Daily (Monday - Friday) onsite presence in Milpitas, CA
• Perform activities such as stooping, climbing, typing, standing, or sitting for extended periods of time
• Dedication to safety to mitigate industrial hazards that may include heat, cold, noise, fumes, strong magnets, lead (Pb), high voltage, and cryogenics
• Willingness to travel or work required nights/weekends/on-call occasionally
