Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; customer focus.
• Able to work day, evening and weekend shifts as needed.
• Ability to handle confidential and secure records.

Responsibilities

• Schedule interviews and phone screens.
• Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers, arrange visits for visiting candidates.
• Update candidate records and job postings; support orientation.
• Provide follow-up communication and weekly activity reporting.
• Coordinate post-interview debriefs and improve candidate experience.
