Job summary

Alorica is seeking a TA Recruiter in El Paso, TX to manage end-to-end recruitment for internal and external roles, partnering with site leaders to define requirements, timelines and hiring strategies.

You will screen and interview candidates, coordinate assessments, extend offers, and guide applicants through the process while ensuring compliance and a positive candidate experience.

Experience with Oracle and MS Office is helpful.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Associates Degree preferred.
• Some experience in human resources.
• General knowledge of Oracle.

Responsibilities

• Performs executive, managerial, professional, technical and non‑exempt recruiting including college/university recruiting.
• Partners with line managers to create internal and external recruiting methods and procedures to meet business requirements.
• Oversees identification of potential candidates, interviewing, selection and placement for reassignment, promotion and external-hire.
• Ensures recruiting strategy, methodology, and processes align with business needs.
• Responsible for relations with outside employment agencies and recruiters.
• Ensures compliance with all legal aspects of recruiting function.
• Consults with corporate and site operations to align recruiting needs and strategy.
• Provides training and guidance to less-experienced recruiting staff.
• Creates job descriptions and recruiting plans for open positions.
• Fills open positions efficiently and follows up with managers on effectiveness.
• Develops a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
• Researches and recommends new sources for active and passive candidates.
• Builds networks to source qualified passive candidates.
• Posts openings across suitable venues and online sources.
