Job summary

Meriplex is seeking a Systems Analyst to join the Technical Assistance Center (TAC) onsite in San Diego, CA. You will resolve Level 1 end-user issues, provide workstation and application support, and perform basic ITIL security tasks as part of a fast-paced service desk.

Ideal candidates have MSP experience and certifications (A+, Network+, Server+). Strong communication and teamwork are essential, with adherence to SOPs and effective ticket documentation.

Qualifications

• Basic MSP helpdesk experience preferred.
• A+, Network+, Server+ certifications favored.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver general workstation support and end-user assistance.
• Provide customer-specific application support and troubleshooting.
• Triage network/connectivity and VPN issues; basic ITIL security tasks.
• Assist with Active Directory user management and printing issues.
• Convey technical information clearly to users and follow SOPs.
