Job summary

Meriplex Communications seeks a Senior Systems Analyst to support our Technical Assistance Center (TAC). The role serves as the escalation point for L1 issues, delivering advanced workstation and application support while following SOPs to resolve customer requests.

You will be embedded at client sites across the Connecticut region, based in Stratford, CT, with travel to additional locations as needed and after-hours on-call capability.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare or senior living settings is a plus.
• Certifications such as A+, Network+, Server+, Microsoft 365 preferred.
• VMware knowledge is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Embedded resource at client site focused on client IT support.
• Primary duty location on-site at client HQ in Stratford, CT.
• Travel to support additional client locations across CT as needed.
• Provide advanced workstation and application support to end users.
• Troubleshoot advanced network connectivity and VPN issues.
• Act as escalation point for L1 Systems Analysts.
• Follow SOPs for incident response and ticketing workflows.
