Job summary

RTX is seeking an on-site Test Solutions Engineer in the US (Tewksbury and Andover campuses) to design, develop, and integrate test equipment for Raytheon products. You will create production test stations, interfaces, harnesses, and supporting hardware to ensure products meet mission needs.

You’ll troubleshoot through the design and integration lifecycle, collaborating with diverse engineering teams. Relocation assistance and flexible 9/80 options are available for this position.

Qualifications

• Typically requires STEM degree and 2+ years of experience or an advanced degree.
• Experience with troubleshooting and test equipment in a production or military setting.
• Ability to design, test, and integrate hardware for Raytheon products.

Responsibilities

• Work hands-on within multidisciplinary teams to design, develop, and integrate test equipment for Raytheon products.
• Create production test stations, interface test adapters, harnesses, and supporting test hardware.
• Produce schematics, drawings, and analyses guiding test system development and troubleshoot issues.
