You will learn to analyze production system problems, participate in installation walkthroughs, and assist with performance monitoring while handling administrative tasks such as logs and checklists.

The role requires a Bachelor's or equivalent mix of education and experience, strong communication, and teamwork skills; a dynamic fast-paced environment with 40-hour weeks, Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and teamwork skills; able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Learn to analyze production system problems and recommend workable solutions.
• Observe work sessions for installations and problem resolution.
• Participate in system performance monitoring and administration tasks (logs, spreadsheets, checklists).
• Support the technical business needs of the customer and collaborate with the team.
