Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of Windows Server administration, configuration, and patching.
• Experience with Active Directory including GPO, DNS, DHCP, and NTFS.
• Experience with user administration, system upgrades, and applying patches.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain third-party applications.
• Administer Windows Server environments including upgrades, patching, and maintenance.
• Manage Active Directory, Exchange, Skype, and SharePoint.
• Troubleshoot system issues and resolve support tickets.
• Respond to system outages and failures.
• Create and maintain system documentation and procedures.
• Assist with infrastructure improvements and ongoing projects.
