We are seeking a System Administrator to support and maintain core infrastructure systems. This position will be responsible for server administration, enterprise application support, and ensuring systems operate securely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and maintain third-party applications
• Administer Windows Server environments including upgrades, patching, and maintenance
• Manage Active Directory, Exchange, Skype, and SharePoint
• Troubleshoot system issues and resolve support tickets
• Respond to system outages and failures
• Create and maintain system documentation and procedures
• Assist with infrastructure improvements and ongoing projects

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of experience with Windows Server administration, configuration, and patching
• Experience with Active Directory including GPO, DNS, DHCP, and NTFS
• Experience with user administration, system upgrades, and applying patches
• Background in positions such as Systems Administrator, Systems Analyst, or Server Administrator

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1+ year of Network Administration experience
• Experience with VMware Horizon and/or Citrix (VDI environments)
• Strong troubleshooting experience across client/server environments including desktops, web, and database servers
• Experience supporting complex NTFS file structures
• Relevant certifications such as MCSE, MCSA, MCTS, A+, Security+, or Network+
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
