Job summary

Regal Rexnord Corp is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support bearing operations in a fully onsite role. You will collaborate with site leadership, drive continuous improvement through Kaizen events, and work with Procurement/Supply Chain to optimize costs.

The role emphasizes engineering design, problem solving using DMAIC, and implementing manufacturing cost-out projects. The candidate will develop and mentor teams, promote performance excellence tools, and stay current with manufacturing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Industrial, or Materials engineering.
• 3–5 years engineering experience in a manufacturing environment or related quality engineering.
• Proficiency in CNC programming, CAD/drafting, grinding and assembly.
• Strong MS Office skills and effective verbal/written communication.

Responsibilities

• Utilize mechanical design and manufacturing principles to optimize quality, delivery, and cost.
• Reduce scrap and non-conformances by eliminating waste and variation.
• Lead and participate in Kaizen events based on VSM roadmaps and continuous improvement.
• Develop and implement lean manufacturing actions and cost-out projects.
