Regal Rexnord in West Chester, PA is seeking a Design Engineer to join Micro-Motion's US R&D Sustaining Engineering Team. The role focuses on supporting existing product lines, solving technical problems, and processing change requests in a fast-paced environment.

Reporting to the Sustaining Engineering Manager, you will work with manufacturing, quality, and application engineering to ensure customer satisfaction and cost-effective solutions. West Chester based onsite role.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years manufacturing or design experience.
• Strong understanding of quality systems and other process improvement tools.
• Experience with electric motors or precision rotating equipment preferred.
• Experience with QS and ISO requirements is preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Work with cross-functional teams to support existing products.
• Facilitate change requests, including Engineering Change Orders (ECOs).
• Collaborate with Manufacturing and Quality on design improvements.
• Support customer RMA analysis for sustainable solutions.
• Interface with Application Engineering and customers to meet expectations.
• Support cost-control initiatives (VAVE).
• Uphold the company's culture and core values.
