Job summary

Stryker Corporation is seeking an OnSite Specialist in Arlington Heights, IL to provide in-room, intraoperative support for MIS and related procedures. You will coordinate with surgical teams, SPD, and service lines to ensure optimal performance of Stryker equipment and third-party devices.

Responsibilities include setting up equipment, confirming functionality, troubleshooting intraoperatively, and managing post-procedure cleanup. Strong OR experience and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• OR technical support experience preferred or required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making in high-stress ORs.
• Proficient verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work rotating shifts and travel up to 10%.
• Familiarity with patient confidentiality policies is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Set up Stryker towers, booms, lights per surgeon preference.
• Confirm equipment functionality and image routing prior to procedures.
• Troubleshoot endoscopy and integration systems intraoperatively.
• Assist with post-procedure breakdown and staging of equipment.
• Educate OR and SPD staff on product use and troubleshooting.
