Patmos Hosting is seeking a customer-focused Support Specialist to be the frontline contact for customers across hosting, networking, domains and related tech services. You will triage, troubleshoot, own tickets, and ensure clear, proactive communication, serving as the bridge between customers and the technical org.

This is an on-site role in Kansas City, MO, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Ability to triage issues, own tickets, and provide timely updates.

Responsibilities

• Serve as frontline contact for customer issues via phone, email, chat, or other channels.
• Own tickets from intake to resolution or escalation with clear updates.
• Troubleshoot hosting, servers, networking, domains, and related tech.
• Gather information, diagnose, and drive issues to resolution.
• Monitor queues and follow up to maintain SLAs and customer satisfaction.
