Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an onsite support associate to assist patients and hospital staff with our interactive system and services. You will troubleshoot issues, train users, and replace small equipment such as TVs and pillow speakers at hospital locations.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, at least one year of customer service experience, and the ability to travel between locations daily. Must lift 25 lbs and climb a 6-foot ladder, and meet hospital vaccination requirements including

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Customer service experience 1 year is preferred
• Ability to work onsite at hospitals daily and travel between locations as needed
• Must be able to lift 25 lbs and climb a 6-foot ladder
• Must meet hospital requirements for immunizations and screenings; this includes COVID-19 vaccination and Flu vaccination

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite support to customers, including patients and hospital staff, to ensure services meet or exceed expectations
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve issues affecting services
• Familiarize customers with the use of our interactive system and its features
• Replace small defective equipment as needed (tv, pillow speakers, phones)
• Perform other related duties as assigned
