Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an onsite support technician to assist patients and hospital staff, ensuring services meet expectations. You will troubleshoot issues and guide users through our interactive system.

Responsibilities include replacing small defective equipment, traveling between locations as needed, and complying with hospital immunization requirements. High school diploma and customer service experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to work onsite at hospitals daily and travel between locations as needed.
• Must be able to lift 25 lbs and climb a 6-foot ladder.
• Must meet hospital requirements for immunizations (COVID-19 and Flu).

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite support to patients and hospital staff, ensuring services meet expectations.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve issues affecting services.
• Familiarize customers with the interactive system and its features.
• Replace small defective equipment as needed (TVs, pillow speakers, phones).
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
