Job summary

Locus Robotics is seeking an Onsite Support Engineer, Robotics, to be the face of our robotics solutions at a customer site. You will perform hands-on troubleshooting, drive operational problem-solving, and manage customer relationships to ensure peak performance of autonomous robots.

This role is based onsite at a customer location in North East, MD and requires presence Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (local time).

Responsibilities

• Hands-on troubleshooting of robotics systems and peripherals.
• Drive operational problem-solving to minimize downtime and maximize robot uptime.
• Manage customer relationships and set clear expectations for performance and support.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and implement fixes.
