Locus Robotics is seeking an Onsite Support Engineer, Robotics, to own and maintain the customer-facing robotic fleet at a customer site in North East, MD. You will troubleshoot hardware and software, monitor system health, and drive operational performance while engaging with customer teams to ensure uptime and satisfaction.
This role requires daily onsite presence, strong analytical skills, and the ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced, early-stage product deployment environment.

As an Onsite Support Engineer, Robotics, you'll be the face of Locus Robotics at a customer site, combining hands-on technical troubleshooting, operational problem-solving, and customer relationship management to ensure our autonomous robots deliver exceptional results every day.
This role is based onsite at a customer location in North East, MD and requires an onsite presence Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (local time).
The expected base salary range for this role is $50K to $90K annually, based on external market data, plus bonus and equity. Actual offers will depend on factors such as the candidate’s experience, education, training, key or critical skills, geographic location, and current market and business conditions.
