Locus Robotics in Fort Worth, TX is seeking an Onsite Support Engineer, Robotics. You will be the face of the robotics fleet at a customer site, performing hands-on troubleshooting, workflow optimization, and customer relationship management to ensure peak performance.
The role requires onsite work Monday–Friday 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, leveraging data to improve throughput and operator efficiency, and collaborating with internal teams to refine procedures and playbooks.

This role is based onsite at a customer location in Fort Worth, TX, and requires an onsite presence Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (local time).
The expected base salary range for this role is $50K to $90K annually, based on external market data, plus bonus and equity. Actual offers will depend on factors such as the candidate’s experience, education, training, key or critical skills, geographic location, and current market and business conditions.
