voestalpine Roll Forming Corporation is seeking a Supply Chain Manager in Shelbyville, KY or Jeffersonville, IN. The role leads purchasing, planning, production scheduling, and logistics to ensure materials flow and on-time customer delivery.

Expect cross-functional collaboration with Commercial, Operations, Finance, Quality, Engineering, and S&OP. The position requires 7+ years of supply chain leadership experience, strong ERP/MRP skills, and a track record of improving KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
• Associate degree with 7+ years experience or high school diploma with 10+ years experience considered.
• Professional certification (APICS CPIM/CSCP, CPSM, Lean Six Sigma) preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead purchasing, material planning, production scheduling, inventory control, logistics, and related supply chain activities.
• Translate demand and supply plans into executable purchasing and production schedules.
• Collaborate across functions to align priorities, constraints, and commitments.
• Ensure material availability and production readiness; escalate risks as needed.
• Develop supplier strategies to improve cost, quality, and delivery.
• Lead supplier performance through reviews, corrective actions, and development plans.
• Optimize inventory policies to reduce excess and obsolescence while meeting service levels.
• Drive improvements in inventory turns, days of inventory on hand, and on-time delivery.
