Leach International Corporation designs and manufactures relays, electronic control devices, and power systems for aerospace and defense. The Supplier Quality Engineer ensures supplier quality procedures are followed and leads supplier audits to qualify new suppliers.

You will monitor supplier data, drive RCCAs, CA/PA actions, and participate in continuous improvement efforts for quality and delivery. This onsite, Buena Park role requires three years of SQE experience, a related engineering

Competenze

• Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum three years of supplier quality experience.
• Strong statistical analysis and quality assurance skills.
• Experience with manufacturing and production processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Mansioni

• Ensure application of receiving inspection/test methodologies.
• Review inspection results and supervise nonconforming products.
• Define procedures and quality standards for supplier deliveries.
• Audit and qualify suppliers for the Approved Supplier List.
• Lead supplier RCCA/CA/PA processes with root cause analysis.
• Develop and maintain supplier quality systems and data trends.
