Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills are essential; prior recruiting experience is not required and comprehensive training is provided. You will maintain client relationships, oversee on-site employee performance and well-being, address issues

Qualifications

• 1+ years of supervisory experience in a customer service or sales setting.
• Training provided; prior recruiting experience not required.
• Reliable transportation to visit client sites on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and nurture client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Support and oversee the performance and well-being of employee on-site.
• Address and resolve any issues that arise, efficiently and effectively.
• Conduct new employee orientations and on-boarding
