Job summary

Surge Staffing is seeking an On-Site Supervisor to meet temporary help and training needs for a major client. You will match temporaries to client requirements, deliver high-quality service, and supervise staff to maintain quality and performance.

The role involves administering programs, managing client relations, and supporting sales through service excellence. Schedule: M-F 7:00am-4pm; full-time position in an on-site environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience preferred.
• Minimum 1–2 years supervisory experience or 3–5 years in customer service.
• Ability to travel to customer sites and offices.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate assignments and ensure orders are filled with quality placements.
• Implement and manage company quality standards (PSS).
• Develop and retain business through outstanding customer service.
• Supervise Workforce Staffing Specialist(s) as needed.
• Produce management reports and monitor client profitability.
