Job summary

Verstela is seeking a on-site Supervisory Lead to manage a team at a high-volume client site. You will oversee performance, oversee client relationships, and collaborate with our local branch to ensure satisfaction and success.

Prior recruiting experience is not required; comprehensive training will set you up for success, with a schedule from 2:30pm to 11:45pm, Monday through Friday, and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of supervisory (lead) experience in a customer service or sales setting
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities
• Ability to handle difficult conversations with empathy
• Reliable transportation to visit client sites on a regular basis

• Maintain and nurture client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Oversee the performance and well-being of on-site employees.
• Address and resolve issues promptly and effectively.

About the Position: In this role, you'll work directly at one of our high volume client sites. This unique position involves overseeing a team of employees and working closely with our local branch to ensure both client and candidate satisfaction. Your strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills will be key to your success.Previous experience in a team lead or similar role will help you be successful, as this role does include a lot of communication, including having difficult conversations and being able to deliver tough news with kindness and empathy.

Prior recruiting experience is not required. You will receive comprehensive training to ensure you are set up for success.

You will:
