Job summary

Uprite Construction is seeking a Superintendent to lead on-site construction activities from project start through completion. You will oversee ground-up commercial projects including tilt-up concrete and industrial structures, coordinating subcontractors, inspectors, and vendors to maintain schedule, quality, and productivity.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem solving skills, with base located in Northern California and travel across the region as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Superintendent on ground up commercial construction projects.
• Tilt up construction and/or industrial project experience.
• Strong background in commercial construction including industrial, warehouse, or large-scale projects.
• Home base located within the Northern California region.
• Willingness to travel across Northern California and the United States as needed.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead all on-site construction activities from project start through completion.
• Oversee ground-up commercial projects including tilt-up concrete and/or industrial structures.
• Coordinate subcontractors, inspectors, and vendors to maintain schedule, quality, and productivity.
• Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with local codes and company policies.
• Maintain daily field reports, schedules, and accurate progress updates.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and leadership to resolve field issues efficiently.
• Represent Uprite professionally with clients, inspectors, and trade partners.
