Job summary

Uprite Construction is seeking a Superintendent to lead on-site construction activities from project start through completion. You will oversee ground-up commercial projects including tilt-up concrete and industrial structures, coordinating subcontractors, inspectors, and vendors to maintain schedule, quality, and productivity.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem solving skills, with base located in Northern California and travel across the region as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Superintendent on ground up commercial construction projects.
• Tilt up construction and/or industrial project experience.
• Strong background in commercial construction including industrial, warehouse, or large-scale projects.
• Home base located within the Northern California region.
• Willingness to travel across Northern California and the United States as needed.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem solving skills.

• Ability and willingness to travel across Northern California and throughout the United States as project needs require
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem solving skills
