Uprite Construction Corporation in Merced, California, is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead a large ground-up industrial tilt-up project onsite. The role requires ownership of field operations, coordination of trades, driving the schedule, and maintaining safety and quality from mobilization through closeout.

Candidates must reside in California and be willing to travel; Northern or Southern California candidates are considered.

Qualificações

• Significant superintendent experience with a commercial GC.
• Heavy ground up concrete tilt up experience required.
• Strong knowledge of tilt wall construction from foundations to dry in.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day to day field operations for a large ground up industrial tilt up project.
• Coordinate tilt panel sequencing, crane operations, and trades.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and look aheads.
• Coordinate subcontractors and ensure scopes are planned and executed.
• Lead safety meetings, inspections, and field coordination.
• Maintain daily reports and project documentation.
• Drive punch list, turnover, and closeout activities.
