Job summary

Company 3 is seeking a Production Coordinator in Santa Monica, CA to support the finishing post-production team. You will work closely with the Lead Producer, coordinating online, color and delivery schedules, and serving as a primary contact for the CO3 team and clients.

You will manage session timing, communicate status, and help ensure resources and sessions are ready on time, with occasional travel to Hollywood as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in Entertainment/Film/Arts environments.
• Episodic or Feature finishing post-production experience.
• Basic knowledge of offline editing, VFX and sound workflows.
• Basic knowledge of scheduling the post process.
• Experience with Media Pulse and/or post-production scheduling software.
• Background and/or knowledge of offline editing.
• Basic knowledge of task-based software such as ClickUp, Asana, or Jira.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the Lead Producer in scheduling online, color and delivery timelines.
• Serve as a main contact for internal CO3 team and clients via in-person, email, and phone.
• Maintain effective communication of job status with team and clients.
• Verify project needs before sessions and client arrivals, and before deliveries.
• Monitor progress across shows/episodes and manage budgets where relevant.
• Prepare prep/post status reports, daily memos, and weekly updates.
