Job summary

Company 3 in Santa Monica, CA is seeking a Production Coordinator to support the episodic finishing team. You will function as a main contact with internal and external teams, organizing, supervising, and monitoring project progress to ensure on-time delivery.

Located onsite at our Santa Monica studio with potential travel to Hollywood as needed, the role requires working 3 PM–11:35 PM, including overtime, weekends and holidays per business needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in Entertainment/Film/Arts is preferred.
• Episodic or Feature Finishing Post-Production experience is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of offline editing, VFX and sound workflows.
• Familiarity with post-production scheduling software.
• Proficiency with task-based software (ClickUp, Asana, Jira).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and drive project schedules with Producers and team members.
• Maintain clear, proactive communication with internal CO3 team and clients.
• Prepare prep/post status reports, memos, and weekly updates.
• Ensure resources are available and sessions start on time, manage session logistics.
