Job summary

Company 3 in Santa Monica is seeking an Associate Producer to support the Episodic Production team, coordinating between internal and external teams to plan, bid, schedule and deliver projects.

You will assist in client contact, ensure sessions run smoothly, manage schedules, and help maintain resources and timelines while working on-site at our Santa Monica studio and possibly Hollywood as needed.

Qualifications

• Entertainment/Film/Arts degree or equivalent experience in a fast-paced post-production environment.
• Strong ability to communicate with high-status clients and senior artists/executives.
• Proven track record in post-production coordination and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Assist in collection and logging of project statuses and key information.
• Keep production team updated on project status and deliverables.
• Support scheduling, sessions, and client coordination with internal teams.
• Assist in creation, actualization, and billing of work orders.
• Ensure resources are available as scheduled and sessions begin on time.
• Mentor junior team members and coordinate with other ops teams.
• Resolve session-related issues with engineers and production managers.
