Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking an HR Onsite Partner I to support a Romeoville warehouse. The role blends tactical HR operations with strategic engagement, partnering with operations to drive retention and development across the employee life cycle.

You will work closely with HRBP and HR teams to implement policies, train managers, and handle employee relations, investigations, recruitment collaboration, and compliance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with HR concentration or related field.
• 2+ years in employee relations or similar HR function.
• 2+ years in HR generalist or similar roles.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HRBP to execute HR strategy for the location, focusing on engagement and retention.
• Provide managers with tools and training to optimize performance; support hiring and data changes.
• Serve as intermediary with HR/Employee Relations and location management on guidance and issues.
• Enter data into Workday/MyRyder; ensure onboarding and training for new employees.
• Lead employee relations activities, investigations, and coordinate with labor relations as needed.
• Analyze workforce trends and pivot accordingly to improve processes and programs.
