Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a Demand Planner in Milwaukee, WI to analyze and forecast demand, monitor inventory, and support SIOP processes. You will work with ERP, CRM, and planning tools to align supply with sales plans.

The role requires a BS in a related field and at least 5 years of progressive supply chain experience, with hands-on use of SAP/Oracle, Salesforce, Demantra, and Power BI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in a related field required with 5+ years of supply chain experience.
• Experience forecasting consumer demand and analyzing production and inventory levels.
• Proficiency using ERP (SAP/Oracle), CRM (Salesforce), Demantra, and Power BI for forecasting and planning.
• Proven ability to drive monthly SIOP and cross-functional coordination.

Job Title: Demand Planner

Duties: Regal Rexnord Corporation seeks a Demand Planner in Milwaukee, Wisconsin to analyze and address supply chain operations. Forecast consumer demand. Analyze production and inventory levels and predict demand fluctuations to avoid both surplus and insufficient inventory. Use tools including ERP (SAP/Oracle), CRM (Salesforce), Planning Tools (Demantra), and Analytical Dashboards (Power BI) to support forecasting, sales, and overall demand planning as part of the Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) processes. Promote uninterrupted delivery to customers, minimal downtime, and sufficient notification of supply base and operational teams. Strategize and develop long-term planning approach for regions and businesses covering simplification and standardization of forecasting. Coordinate with all cross-functional teams to ensure an accurate sales forecast at the revenue, product family, and SKU level while minimizing excess and aged finished goods inventory. Drive monthly SIOP and sales pace processes between the plants, sales teams, and product management to ensure predictable execution of the monthly sales plan. Inform purchasing strategies and manufacturing plans. Prepare and document materials that allow Finance teams to align resources and prepare division conciliation. Monitor KPIs and PPIs to ensure the business and the process are delivering stated objectives. Annual salary: $94,661-$114,400/year

Minimum Requirements: Bachelor of Science degree in Supply Chain Management, Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field plus 5 years of progressive supply chain experience. Must have at least 5 years of experience in each of the following: 1. Forecasting consumer demand; 2. Analyzing production and inventory levels and predicting demand fluctuations to avoid both surplus and insufficient inventory; 3. Using tools including ERP (SAP/Oracle), CRM (Salesforce), Planning Tools (Demantra), and Analytical Dashboards (Power BI) to support forecasting, sales, and overall demand planning as part of the Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning (SIOP) processes; 4. Driving monthly SIOP and sales pace processes; and 5. Monitoring KPIs and PPIs to ensure stated objectives are delivered.
