Vallen USA is seeking a Storeroom Team Leader to work at a customer's site. You will coordinate work, train team members on storeroom operations, manage materials, and operate storeroom tools. You will also address customer issues and ensure policy adherence.

The role emphasizes high levels of customer service, accurate inventory control, and training responsibilities. Candidates should have a high school diploma and 4+ years of related experience, with strong MS-Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in customer service and inventory handling preferred.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.
• Proficient with MS-Office and data entry capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide high level customer service via phone, email or in person.
• Coordinate and perform purchasing, receiving, inspecting, returning, unloading, shelving, and inventory maintenance.
• Prioritize and assign tasks to optimize team resources and meet targets.
• Enter data into computer systems for up-to-date inventory records.
• Mentor and train others on storeroom operations and policies.
• Assist with safe operation of storeroom and related equipment.
• Perform other duties as requested.
