Job summary

Vallen's Storeroom Supervisor role is embedded at a customer site to lead a small team and oversee storeroom and crib operations. You will train Buyers, CSRs and warehouse staff, ensuring safe, efficient work that meets contract requirements and delivers high customer satisfaction.

Eligible candidates bring a bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of relevant experience, strong communication, and proficiency in MS Office; the position offers ongoing growth opportunities and industry-specific training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of relevant experience preferred.
• Strong communication, planning, organizational and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with MS-Office and ability to learn company-specific software.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a storeroom team of 1–2 associates and manage workload.
• Ensure storeroom is attended to and ISO compliance per contract.
• Train and mentor associates on storeroom materials and SOPs; ensure safe operations.
• Research root causes for complex site issues and escalate appropriately.
• Audit daily work for accuracy and provide performance feedback.
• Assist with staffing needs and provide coverage as needed.
• Support service level reporting and internal/external audits.
