Job summary

Vallen USA is seeking a Storeroom Supervisor to lead a small team at a customer location. You will oversee daily operations, train Buyers, CSRs, Warehouse Workers, and Inventory Control staff, and ensure safety, efficiency, and policy compliance while delivering top-tier service.

Responsibilities include supervising interviews and training, ISO compliance, root-cause analysis, and producing service level reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in supply chain roles or similar.
• Demonstrated knowledge of supply chain systems and processes.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word) and ability to learn company-specific software.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day storeroom activities and team members (1–2 associates).
• Train and mentor Buyers, CSRs, Warehouse Workers, and Inventory Control staff.
• Ensure ISO/compliance with contract requirements and safety standards.
• Conduct root-cause analysis for complex site issues and escalate as needed.
• Produce service level reports and assist with client communications.
• Support staffing and cross-training during peak periods.
