Job summary

Vallen USA is seeking a Storeroom Attendant to join our on-site team. You will handle daily receiving, stocking, issuing, and cycle counting of inventory at a customer location, while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 3+ months of related experience. Critical duties include accurate data entry, inventory management, safety awareness, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus 3+ months of relevant experience or training.
• Experience in loading/unloading, picking, packing or moving goods in a warehouse is preferred.
• Basic computer skills and ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and work orders.

Responsibilities

• Unloads, receives and puts away incoming product, goods, tools and/or equipment; checks for damage and discrepancies between goods and invoices.
• Sorts, labels, moves and stores items; organizes storage to optimize crib space.
• Issues product to site employees and maintains records for issued items.
• Enters data into a database to maintain stock records and responds to inquiries about inventory levels or delivery schedules.
• Performs cycle counts and prepares inventory reports.
• Delivers tools or equipment to work locations and assists with locating lost equipment.
• May repair or service tools and equipment as required.
• Performs other related duties as requested.
