Job summary
PGTEK is seeking Onsite Field Engineers to provide on-site maintenance and break/fix services for Dell ISG Storage solutions at customer sites around the Chicago metro area. You will cover defined service locations, travel within the greater Chicago area, and support enterprise customers to ensure uptime of mission-critical systems.
The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of experience (or an advanced degree with no prior experience), willingness to pursue additional Dell
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of professional experience, or an advanced degree with no prior experience.
- Hands-on experience with Dell ISG Storage solutions (DataDomain, PowerScale, VxRail).
- Willingness to pursue advanced certifications (SABA Level 5) over time.
Responsibilities
- Onsite technical support and maintenance for Dell ISG Storage products at customer sites.
- Collaborate with SMEs to resolve complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Interpret needs, provide timely resolutions, and support 24x7 operations with shift flexibility.
