Eclipse Advantage in the United States seeks an On-Site Manager to support the client’s HR team by recruiting and managing the hourly workforce on site at our Illinois location.

You will work with client supervisors to implement workforce solutions, monitor performance against KPIs, and drive continuous improvement while upholding safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting and staffing experience
• 1+ years of management experience
• Strong customer service skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Recruitment and staffing for the client site, including onboarding steps
• Administer on-site recruitment activities and job fairs
• Meet Fill Rate KPIs and ensure customer positions are filled on time
• Lead internal team and coordinate with client supervisors and operations
