Job summary

Eclipse Advantage is seeking a Seasonal Onsite Support to join our team in Groveport, OH. You will work closely with the client’s HR team to recruit and support hourly workforce, helping to implement workforce solutions to grow the business.

Responsibilities include sourcing candidates, interviewing, onboarding, and ensuring compliance with HR policies. This is a mid-shift, 12pm-8pm, Wednesday through Saturday position with potential overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Bi-lingual language skills are a plus.
• 1 to 2 years recruiting experience preferred.
• Warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred.
• HRIS, Payroll or recruiting systems knowledge is a plus.

• Meet recruiting requirements and build a candidate pool; conduct interviews and enter data.
• Create recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates and support site recruitment goals.
• Audit new hire paperwork, process pre-employment screening and enter new hire data in HRIS/payroll; provide orientation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies; handle employee relations issues as needed with corporate.

Eclipse Advantage is looking for a Seasonal Onsite Support person to join our team in the growth of its supply chain people solutions business. The On-Site Support position acts as an extension of our client’s HR team by helping to recruit and support the hourly workforce. On a daily basis you will work side-by-side with our client’s supervisory team to ensure that workforce solutions are implemented to grow the business to its full potential.

This is a seasonal role for 90 days.

Mid shift position. 12pm-8pm Wednesday -Saturday
Responsibilities and essential job functions:

• Achieve hiring objectives by meeting recruiting requirements and developing a potential candidate pool. Conduct interviews, evaluate applicants and enter corresponding information into database.
• Create recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates to maintain the objectives of site recruitment strategy. Assist in managing and overseeing our employees.
• Upon filling open positions: audit new hire paperwork, process pre-employment screening and enter new hire information into the HRIS and payroll system. Provide orientation for new hires.
• Maintain corporate and client guidelines and controls to ensure compliance in employee relations issues in accordance with Divisional and Corporate policies and procedures as needed. Provide counseling and conduct investigations as needed with corporate departments
• Coordinate with the Onsite Manager to maintain Eclipse's Corporate, and the Clients HR, safety and environmental programs, assure compliance with OSHA and the company's regulations and guidelines.
• Complete additional tasks as needed to help achieve the overall goals of the site.

Job Requirements:

• Flexibility with schedule with overtime at times (as determined by manager)
• Detail-oriented, hands-on, results-driven individual with a positive attitude toward change and resilient under pressure to work in a challenging, fast-paced, energetic environment.
• HRIS System, Payroll systems or Recruiting industry systems knowledge is a plus
