Job summary

Eclipse Advantage is seeking an On-Site Supervisor to join our team in Fort Payne, AL. You will work closely with the client’s HR team to recruit and manage hourly staff on site, implementing workforce solutions to grow the business and align with client objectives.

The role requires bilingual abilities (Spanish/English or Mandarin/English), recruiting experience, and familiarity with ERP/HRIS systems. A strong focus on safety, engagement, and compliance is essential.

Qualifications

• Bilingual ability in Spanish/English or Mandarin/English required.
• 1–2 years of recruiting experience preferred.
• Warehouse or production environment experience preferred; must handle cold/wet environments.
• Excellent client and customer relationship skills.
• Flexibility with schedule; occasional overtime.
• Detail-oriented, hands-on, resilient in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with HRIS/Payroll or recruiting industry systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Achieve hiring objectives by establishing recruiting requirements and building a candidate pool.
• Create recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates and assist in managing site recruitment.
• Audit new hire paperwork and enter information into HRIS/payroll; provide orientation for new hires.
• Develop and manage employee engagement initiatives and be visible to staff.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures; handle employee relations matters as needed.
• Coordinate with Onsite Manager to maintain safety programs and OSHA compliance.
• Complete additional tasks to support site goals.
• Oversee and ensure site safety.

As a pivotal leader within our dedicated team, the On-Site Supervisor position acts as an extension of our client’s HR team by helping to recruit and manage the hourly workforce directly at our client’s site in Fort Payne, AL. On a daily basis you will work side-by-side with our client’s supervisory team to ensure that workforce solutions are implemented to grow the business to its full potential.

This is a second shift role: 5pm to 2am, Monday - Friday.

Responsibilities and essential job functions:

• Achieve hiring objectives by establishing recruiting requirements and developing a potential candidate pool. Conduct interviews, evaluate applicants and enter corresponding information into database.
• Create recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates to maintain the objectives of site recruitment strategy. Assist in managing and overseeing our employees.
• Upon filling open positions: audit new hire paperwork, process pre-employment screening and enter new hire information into the HRIS and payroll system. Provide orientation for new hires.
• Create and manage affective and progressive employee engagement initiatives, as well as always being visible to staff.
• Maintain corporate and client guidelines and controls to ensure compliance in employee relations issues in accordance with Divisional and Corporate policies and procedures as needed. Provide counseling and conduct investigations as needed with corporate departments
• Coordinate with the Onsite Manager to maintain Eclipse IA’s Corporate, and the Clients HR, safety and environmental programs, assure compliance with OSHA and the company's regulations and guidelines.
• Complete additional tasks as needed to help achieve the overall goals of the site.
• Experience overseeing and ensuring site safety.

Job Requirements:

• Bi-lingual language in either Spanish and English or Mandarin and English required.
• 1 to 2 years Recruiting experience preferred.
• Warehouse or production environment experience preferred. Must be willing to work in environments that can be cold and wet.
• Excellent client and customer relationship skills.
• Flexibility with schedule with overtime at times (as determined by manager)
• Detail-oriented, hands-on, results-driven individual with a positive attitude toward change and resilient under pressure to work in a challenging, fast-paced, energetic environment.
• Proficient Microsoft Office Suite skills
• HRIS System, Payroll systems or Recruiting industry systems knowledge is a plus
