What you will be doing:

• Lead day-to-day operations across multiple departments and shifts.

• Present scorecard results to senior leadership, customers, and operational teams.
• Investigate KPI variances and develop action plans to improve results.
• Establish accountability mechanisms for site leadership to achieve performance targets.
• Serve as the primary operational contact for customer.
• Address operational concerns proactively and ensure timely resolution.
• Manage operational budgets and labor spend.
• Monitor profitability and operational costs across assigned shifts.
• Forecast labor requirements and manage staffing expenses effectively.
