The ideal candidate has leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with experience in high-volume staffing in manufacturing or warehouse settings, and is bilingual in English/Spanish.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of staffing, recruiting, onsite coordination, or workforce supervision preferred.
• Experience in staffing agency or high-volume manufacturing/warehouse environment preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and basic reporting systems.
• Experience with Timekeeping, Scheduling, and Workforce Management Systems.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is required.
• Flexibility to support multiple shifts and changing client needs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise temporary staff at the client facility.
• Monitor attendance, punctuality, and employee performance.
• Conduct coaching, counseling, and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Coordinate onboarding, orientations, and first-day check-ins.
• Resolve employee concerns and workplace conflicts promptly.
• Maintain compliance with client policies and safety procedures.
