Job summary

Swipejobs is seeking a hands-on On-site Staffing Supervisor for a client facility in the United States. The role runs 2:45pm–12am, Monday–Friday, with overtime, weekends and Saturday shifts as needed. This full-time position offers $53,000 per year plus comprehensive benefits and 401k.

You will supervise temporary staff, monitor attendance, coach employees, and coordinate onboarding while maintaining strong client relationships and timely staffing updates. Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of staffing, recruiting, onsite coordination, or workforce supervision preferred.
• Experience in staffing agency or high-volume manufacturing/warehouse environment preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support temporary employees at the client facility.
• Monitor daily attendance, punctuality, call-offs, and performance.
• Conduct check-ins, coaching, and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Coordinate onboarding, orientations, and first-day check-ins.
• Address employee concerns and workplace conflicts.
• Ensure compliance with client policies, safety procedures and expectations.
• Serve as liaison between staffing agency and client management.
• Maintain daily staffing updates and respond to shortages and replacements.
• Track turnover, attendance, and staffing reports.
• Support high-volume hiring initiatives and workforce planning.
• Monitor timekeeping and accurate timesheets; resolve discrepancies.
