M2 Healthcare is seeking a full-time Staffing Coordinator for a skilled nursing facility in New York. This on-site role runs Monday to Friday, 9:00 am–5:00 pm, with a focus on building an effective staffing strategy and ensuring adequate coverage.

Responsibilities include identifying employee requirements, assisting HR with hiring, training and onboarding, preparing work schedules, and generating daily staffing reports for management.

Competenze

• Experience preferred.
• SBV Program knowledge preferred.
• Identify staffing requirements and create a staffing strategy.
• Prepare work schedules and enforce compliance with labor requirements.
• Create daily staffing reports and monitor employee performance.
