Job summary

One Comprehensive Network is seeking a Nursing Staffing Coordinator for an in-person Brooklyn office. The role manages daily NYC nurse scheduling, early-morning coverage, and assignments to ensure reliable school nursing across the city.

You will work with scheduling software, ATS, and internal databases while maintaining accurate records and onboarding documents. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Strong computer skills and proficiency with scheduling software.
• Experience with scheduling software, databases, or ATS.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced staffing environment.
• Early morning start time (6:00 AM) required.
• Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and assign school nurses to daily NYC assignments.
• Confirm nurse availability and communicate assignment details.
• Respond to early-morning call-outs and arrange coverage.
• Track assignments, attendance, and schedule changes.
• Maintain accurate scheduling records.
• Operate scheduling software and ATS.
• Maintain nurse records in ATS.
• Ensure nurses use systems to confirm assignments.
• Troubleshoot software issues and assist nurses.
• Monitor system data for schedule accuracy.
• Track onboarding docs and compliance records.
• Coordinate with recruitment, billing, and supervisory staff.
