Outfield-Healthcare-Partners is seeking an experienced staffing coordinator for a skilled nursing facility in the United States. You will support hiring, onboarding, and training of both new and current staff, ensuring coverage across shifts.

You will develop work schedules, handle leave requests, time-keeping, and coordinate with payroll to ensure proper settlement. You will partner with recruiting agencies to fill vacancies and may cover shifts when needed.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and lead where required.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Reliable with minimal supervision.

Responsabilités

• Help in the process of hiring and training both new and existing employees
• Develop work schedules and allocate employees to different duties and/or shifts
• Prepare and submit reports that have to do with employee operations
• Take responsibility for leave requests from employees and general work time-keeping (scheduling)
• Work with the payroll unit to ensure appropriate employee settlement
• Work closely with recruiting agencies to fill any existing vacancy in an appropriate way.
• May be asked to help fill shifts as necessary
