Job summary

Synerfac Technical Staffing is seeking an onsite staffing coordinator to manage high-volume production staffing on-site in Delaware. The role emphasizes recruitment, onboarding, attendance tracking, and safety compliance for temporary workers.

The position requires coordinating with site leadership to ensure proper coverage, managing performance, and executing offboarding processes while maintaining accurate documentation and reporting.

Qualifications

• Must have proven experience in high-volume staffing or onsite workforce coordination.
• Strong knowledge of temporary workforce lifecycle management including recruiting, onboarding, attendance, and performance management.
• Ability to work on a production floor and hold individuals accountable professionally.
• Understanding of safety principles and enforcing PPE and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, interview, and select qualified candidates to meet staffing requirements.
• Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and site-specific training for new hires.
• Track daily attendance, manage absences, and adjust staffing levels as needed.
• Reinforce safety policies and ensure compliance documentation for temp workers.
• Conduct performance check-ins and coordinate offboarding when necessary.
• Provide timely staffing updates to HR and site leadership and escalate issues as appropriate.
